Hard To Find Products

While the iSmile product line is continually growing to meet the needs of our customers, if you do not see your favorite product or a new product our website, just call your Account Manager and we will assist you in locating it and placing an order for it. Special orders are available but are subject to freight and handling charges and can not be cancelled or returned once ordered.

Pricing Integrity

All prices on this website are current. While every effort is made to maintain our everyday low prices, market conditions and raw materials price increases may make it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly. We may also need to adjust prices that are incorrect due to typographical errors. The prices on this website supercede all previous published prices.

Rx Products and Controlled Substances

In order to restrict the sale of pharmaceuticals (Rx) and other controlled substances to properly licensed dental professionals, iSmile requires a current, legible copy of your state license prior to ordering.

Fast, Free Shipping

iSmile strives to keep all of the costs for your product orders as low as possible. We utilize UPS as our preferred carrier and ship all orders via UPS Ground service. Orders over $299 will be shipped for FREE!

Orders under $299 will be charged a small $6.99 shipping and handling fee. Overnight and other special delivery arrangements are available but are subject to additional charges and freight fees.

iSmile also understands that you need your orders quickly. So, we guarantee that all orders placed with us before 3:00pm Pacific time will ship the same day they are ordered.

Payment Terms

For your convenience, we provide several payment alternatives.

Upon approved credit, we can bill your account on open terms. All invoices will be included inside the box along with your product. Standard account terms are Net 15 days from date of invoice. Open balances past 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express at the time of order.

Simple and Easy Returns

If you wish to return an item purchased from iSmile Dental Products for credit or exchange, please follow these easy steps:

1. Call your Account Manager or Customer Service to arrange for a Return Authorization within 30 days of purchase.

2. Your Account Manger will process the Return Authorization and generate a UPS Return Label. The UPS Return Label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

3. Apply the UPS Return label to the outside of the box containing the item(s) you are returning and give this box to any UPS driver that comes into your office.

Items can be returned provided they meet the following conditions:

• Item is unopened, unmarked, and in its originally sealed package.

• Anesthetic and x-ray film cannot be returned if they are opened under any circumstances.

• Special order items are not returnable.
